Occupational Therapist-Providence Home Services Oregon
Schedule: Full Time, Days, 8am to 4:30pm for 5 times a week
Servicing Portland and Beaverton area
The Occupational Therapist manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician directed plan of treatment, taking into account individual patients special or age related needs.

Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR - Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program OR - Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. - Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
