St. Josephs is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) - RNFA to join our team. Join a busy, high-acuity vascular surgery service that will expose you to a highly specialized patient population while also including direct medical management of the hospitalized patient. Responsibilities:

Manage pre and postoperative care of the hospitalized patient including performing rounds, conducting physical exams, ordering and interpreting appropriate tests, admission history and physicals Collaborate with and work at direction of attending physicians to form plans of care and manage hospitalized patients First assist in the operating room with all vascular surgery cases Inpatient only, no clinic

Qualifications:

NYS licensed PA or NP (RNFA), DEA certified/eligible Strong surgical and inpatient experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply Will train the right new graduate through our resident program with a comprehensive and supportive orientation process NP applicants must already possess their RNFA certification

Recruitment Package:

Non-Operative - Hourly rate range$47.00 per hour- 62.15 per hour Operative- Hourly Range $49.33-$74.08 per hour Robotic Certification - Hourly range- $50.81- $76.30

Compensation package:

$15,000 bonus for all new surgical PA hires (payment as follows): $5,000 starting bonus. $5,000 retention bonus $5,000 relocation allowance
