Position Summary:

This independent Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) role focuses on quality care and leadership within a dynamic occupational medicine team. You'll educate staff, support back-office operations, and positively impact patients' lives daily.

Responsibilities: Provide patient care in accordance with medical practice standards. Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and state regulations. Complete medical documentation promptly. Collaborate with the Medical Director to maintain high care standards. Foster relationships with clients and payers, ensuring timely responses. Manage clinical systems for optimal documentation and coding. Support a collaborative, professional, and safe work environment. Note: Responsibilities may change based on operational needs.

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program with an unrestricted PA/NP license in the state where employed. Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
