Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Women?s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or experienced Physician Assistant (PA) with gynecology expertise to join our growing women?s health team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care in a supportive outpatient setting. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $85?$95/hour (based on experience) Productivity-based bonus opportunities Pro-rated benefits for part-time; full benefits for full-time, including: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Malpractice insurance provided Dedicated medical assistant and scribe support Supportive team culture with ongoing training and growth opportunities for every Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Key Responsibilities Perform gynecological exams, including Pap smears, contraceptive counseling, and family planning consultations as a Women?s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Provide prenatal, postpartum, and preventive care tailored to women?s health Educate patients on reproductive health, wellness, and chronic condition management Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and fellow Nurse Practitioners to deliver coordinated care Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR while following best practices in women?s health Qualifications Active Women?s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant license in New York State Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in gynecology or women?s health preferred Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems Strong communication and patient-care skills with a passion for women?s health Why Join Doral?
