Key Responsibilities: Assist CNAs with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and routine care. Conduct resident/patient treatments effectively. Administer medications following physician orders and the Plan of Care. Submit pharmacy orders accurately. Document and record all relevant information with precision. Deliver prescribed injections of medication. Observe residents' health and communicate conditions to RNs, Supervisors, and Physicians. Take vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Provide basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging. Manage IVs and initiate IV drips as needed. Monitor and report fluid/food intake and output. Observe and report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns. Assist in the admissions process as directed.
