NP - Hospice ($130-160K/year + benefits +free & easy parking) We are looking for acompassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary careteam. In this role, you will deliver holistic, community-based care centered onpatient and family goals, symptom management, and end-of-life care. Weencourage applications from both experienced Nurse Practitioners and RegisteredNurses with hospice or palliative care experience who are new to the NP role. As a key part of our dynamicpalliative care program, you will collaborate with field leaders to provideexceptional care to patients dealing with chronic, complex, or life-threateningconditions.
