We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading MNC in the Logistics & SCM sector, looking for a capable and hands-on Logistics Team Lead to oversee night shift warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient inventory control, smooth inbound/outbound flow, and team supervision. Logistics Team Lead (Night Shift) – SCM Location: East | Shift: 5 Days, 8:30PM – 6:15AM Duration: 12-month Contract Salary: Up to $3,200/month Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; report damages and store items accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely dispatch. Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking as needed. Maintain accurate records including invoices, packing lists, and delivery orders (DOs). Resolve shipping discrepancies; liaise with Customer Service and suppliers. Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to achieve performance and safety goals. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (forklift license is an advantage). Conduct daily checks to ensure warehouse cleanliness and operational readiness. Requirements: Able to handle heavy lifting and warehouse tasks. Familiar with warehouse/inventory management systems and MS Office. Leadership skills with experience in team supervision. Problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Willing to perform overtime when necessary.
