As a Mobile Service Technician , you'll be out in the field - bringing expert service directly to our customers at their homes, workplaces, or job sites. You'll diagnose concerns, perform repairs, and ensure a high-quality customer experience, all while operating from a fully equipped mobile service van. What You'll Do:

Travel to customer locations using a company-provided mobile service van Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of makes and models Deliver clear communication and top-tier service to customers Coordinate with advisors and dealership staff for seamless service delivery Maintain accurate service records and uphold safety and quality standards Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of automotive technician experience (dealership or large shop preferred) ASE Certification required (Ford/Lincoln FSA certifications a plus) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills across multiple makes/models Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment What You'll Get: Top-tier pay (Experienced techs start at $30+ per hour) Fully equipped mobile service van - we bring the shop to the customer Consistent work from a large, built-in customer base Support from a dealership that's invested in growing the mobile service space Full benefits package including PTO, insurance, and retirement options This role is for techs who are ready to step up, stand out, and get paid for their performance.
