We are seeking a Multi-Unit Restaurant Operations Manager to lead on-the-ground operations across multiple full-service restaurant locations. This is not a desk job. This hands-on, in-the-field role requires someone who thrives in the restaurant environment, understands every aspect of service and kitchen flow, and isn’t afraid to step into expo or the floor when needed.
We’re looking for a high-level operator with strong leadership, a sense of urgency, and the flexibility to support service outside of traditional 9–5 hours. You'll work directly with General Managers and leadership teams across locations to ensure top-tier operations, compliance, and guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Be Present at the Restaurants: Rotate between locations to support, coach, and inspect operations in real time.
- Jump In When Needed: Assist with key FOH & BOH operational issues, or when a location is not achieving peak performance.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Uphold service standards, company procedures, and training systems across all locations.
- Drive Health, Safety, and Compliance: Oversee sanitation, OSHA, and fire safety protocols. Ensure compliance with health inspections and labor laws.
- Monitor Maintenance & Facilities: Respond quickly to maintenance issues and coordinate timely vendor resolution.
- Extreme Hospitality: Develop and teach the standards and best practices for our management and staff.
- Coach and Guide Management: Mentor managers, reinforce accountability, and ensure smooth communication between FOH and BOH.
- Analyze and Report: Track KPIs and trends in service, maintenance, labor, and safety. Provide regular feedback for ownership.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Help implement new procedures, service enhancements, and brand standards across the group.
- Take Action and Follow Through with Results: Own the problem/solution from discovery, to resolution, and teach management how to do the same.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience (full-service preferred)
- Is comfortable working non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Understands the flow of service inside and out – including expo, server support, host flow, and kitchen coordination
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can lead calmly under pressure
- Is a strong communicator and leader who builds trust and drives performance
- Has tremendous follow-through and is skilled at ensuring knowledge retention among staff
- Is solutions-focused, highly organized, and consistently follows through
- Has reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations daily
- The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity and strong personal accountability
