Position Overview

Join Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice as an In‑Home Associate Veterinarian. You will provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families, working independently 2–5 days per week with occasional weekend availability.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families.
  • Maintain documentation and comply with required paperwork while focusing on patient care.
  • Collaborate with a community of more than 400 veterinarians and support staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and support programs.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS).
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Availability to work some weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
  • Subject to a background and motor vehicle record check, both pre‑hire and post‑hire.
