As a Mobile Associate, you play a key role in our Retail Team by bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in high-traffic partner locations, engaging actively with customers. You’ll be an ambassador for our products and services, creating excitement and energy around what we offer. Your responsibilities will include: Engaging with a diverse range of customers in a bustling retail environment. Utilizing digital tools to communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase T-Mobile solutions. Identifying customer needs and demonstrating the benefits of T-Mobile products and services. Helping customers understand how to self-serve and use the T-Mobile app for their wireless needs. Completing training on the T-Mobile experience, products, processes, and systems. Monitoring personal performance and staying updated on promotions to be customer-ready. Collaborating with nearby store locations for customer onboarding and support. Proactively reaching out to potential customers to drive sales activity. To succeed in this role, you should be: Customer-Centric: Passionate about providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. A Team Player: Eager to work with others, sharing knowledge and best practices. Sales Driven: Competitive and confident in a fast-paced sales environment. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
