Job Overview Mobile Associates are vital to our Retail Team, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life in high-traffic retail environments. Job Responsibilities: Engage proactively with a diverse range of customers, using digital tools to educate them about T-Mobile solutions. Complete comprehensive training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, products, and procedures to ensure you provide exemplary customer service. Develop personal connections with customers, building rapport and loyalty while proactively reaching out to drive sales activity. Collaborate with leadership and team members to enhance the overall customer experience. Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong customer satisfaction focus, balancing excellent customer service with performance goals. (Required) Ability to work as part of a collaborative team and learn from peers while contributing to customer resolution. (Required) Competitive drive with confidence to succeed in a dynamic sales environment. (Required) Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: Hourly Base Pay: $17.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After 90 days, you will be eligible for promotion to the Mobile Expert role and can earn an additional incentive of $18,000/year, depending on performance and full-time status. All T-Mobile employees earn a minimum of $20/hour, including base pay and incentives, and are eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
