Seasonal Part Time Associate M&M'S Mall of America is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2025 Winter Season! This position will be from September 2025 to early January 2026. This position pays $17.00 per hour. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 18 hours per week from mid-September through early January, including weekends and holidays. For those interested, there is the potential for this to become a permanent employment opportunity dependent on business needs and Associate performance. Job Overview: Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position.
