As the Retail Experience Operations Manager, you will support the Store Director in the direct management of the retail team and oversee all aspects of store operations. You are highly technical, able to quickly problem solve & communicate out areas of opportunity and inefficiencies. You ensure that our customers have a well-stocked, fully functional & high-performing store that delivers a best-in-class customer experience through immersive hands-on demos of our clients wearable and mixed-reality products.
The Experience Operations Manager will also partner with the Store Director passionately leading a team focused on driving customer service, and satisfaction with every engagement while working closely with our client to refine and execute operational strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who excels in maintaining operational and brand excellence (overall experience), sales, customer service, & training. You will serve as a subject matter expert for our clients industry leading wearable & mixed-reality products in store & emulate the desired behaviors with the team.
Minimum PayUSD $80,000.00/Yr. Maximum PayUSD $80,000.00/Yr. Additional Compensation Up to 8% annual bonus paid quarterly

Overview Manage the overall operation of the location including but not limited to, opening, and closing, inventory management, logistics, retail technology, Point of Sale, cash handling & weekly and daily report outs on operational performance
Develop and execute various operational strategies to streamline operational processes within the retail store
Be the boots on the ground in partnership with Metas tech team to ensure all customer experiences are working correctly and maintained
Support the Retail Manager in performance management of the team
Lead person when the Store Director is not present
Expert in our clients industry leading products, sold in the retail store
Must live within 20 minutes or a reasonable drive to West Hollywood
Other tasks as assigned by management
What You'll Bring Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of retail management experience required
3+ years customer-facing experience in retail required
Skills and Attributes:
Exemplary interpersonal communication skills including soft, written, verbal and conflict resolution
Ability to build and foster business relationships at multiple levels and independently
Ability to show patience, tact and remain calm under pressure
High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to practice good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking and decision making
Fluent in Google Workspace Suite & Office 365 including Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
Flexible availability with the ability to be on-call as needed

Candidates should be able to work comfortably with a variety of lighting conditions, including occasional flashing or contrasting light patterns
Important Information The pay range for this position is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on individual qualifications and business needs. All compensation will comply with applicable federal, state, and local minimum wage laws and regulations.
