As a Merchandise Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the merchandise management team by assisting with various administrative and operational tasks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the efficient execution of assortment planning, vendor coordination, and inventory management. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to learn about the dynamic field of retail merchandising in preparation for future buying roles, and contribute to the success of our team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Interest in retail merchandising and willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Salary Range: $66,000.00 - $99,000.00
