Key Responsibilities Merchandising Systems & Data
* Learn, maintain, and utilize RollMaster for merchandising, reporting, and product management.
* Create and maintain spreadsheets tracking:
* Sales performance
* Inventory levels
* Product needs and opportunities
* Assist in analyzing sales and inventory trends to support assortment and replenishment decisions.

Showroom & Store Support
* Communicate regularly with store teams to ensure:
* Showrooms are fully stocked with required samples and displays
* Merchandising standards are maintained
* Track missing or damaged samples and coordinate replacements.
* Assist in creating store floorplans and showroom layouts aligned with merchandising strategies.

Vendor & Purchasing Coordination
* Serve as a point of contact with vendors regarding:
* Sample issues
* Product discrepancies
* General merchandising follow-ups
* Coordinate closely with the Purchasing team on:
* Orders
* Product availability
* Vendor communication needs
* Support issue resolution to prevent delays or disruptions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Prepare reports and summaries for the CMO related to:

* Provide general merchandising administrative support as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or related field).
* Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets .
* Ability to learn and navigate merchandising and ERP systems (RollMaster experience a plus).
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Comfortable working cross-functionally in a retail environment.
