Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandise Coordinator to guide our merchandise operations at ForeverLawn Sports Park. This role is critical in ensuring smooth retail operations, delivering high-quality guest experiences, and driving revenue through effective planning, vendor oversight, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate is an organized hands-on leader who can perform under stress and one with a passion for merchandise operations and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning & Team Management

• Coordinate with GM to facilitate the hiring, training, scheduling, and development of merchandise staff at ForeverLawn Sports Park
• Oversee seasonal workforce planning, onboarding, and performance evaluation.
• Foster a positive and efficient work environment aligned with Unrivaled Sports’ values.

Operations & Performance Management

• Ensure merchandise spaces are stocked, cleaned, and event ready for all events at ForeverLawn Sports Park
• Oversee merchandise point of sale system
• Develop and implement merchandise operational SOPs and training materials.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• Oversee merchandise ordering, receiving, storing, and distribution while maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste
• Create relationship with merchandise vendors to ensure orders are processed for on time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of merchandise operations experience, preferably in a high-volume sports, entertainment, or multi-use facility.
• Proven experience in staff management, scheduling, and training.
• Knowledge of point of sale and inventory control systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to lead by example.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
