Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the psychological and emotional needs of clients. Design and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on recovery and relapse prevention. Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the nuances of substance abuse and mental health. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and coordinate treatment. Engage families and support systems in the recovery process to enhance treatment outcomes. Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
