HealingUS Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist/Clinician to join our dynamic clinical team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals dealing with mental health challenges and substance use disorders within an engaging and supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client needs.

- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

- Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions that promote healing and recovery.

- Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated care for clients.

- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

- Offering guidance and support to clients' families, including providing referrals and resources when needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

- Current licensure in the state as an MSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health and substance abuse treatment.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and professional ethics in all interactions.
