Behavioral Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Trumann, AR. As a member of our Behavioral Care Team, you will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

Our ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field and hold a clear, active, and unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC) in the state of Arkansas.

The successful candidate will provide treatment for a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with diverse mental health needs
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation
