Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards. Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary. Stay current on evidence-based therapy techniques and mental health best practices. Qualifications Required: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical field from an accredited institution. Current LPC, LMFT, or LCSW license in California. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients. Knowledge of mental health assessment tools, treatment planning, and therapy modalities.
