Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Mental Health Therapist in Southgate, Michigan.

Job Description: - Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions to support the professional development of therapists - Monitor and evaluate the quality of therapy services provided by the team - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards in mental health therapy - Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care to clients

Responsibilities: - Manage and process crisis situations with program staff and clients - Maintain electronic medical record training and assist staff - Review treatment records and provide direction for documentation improvement - Manage staff and department within span of control - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committee meetings - Maintain compliance with program requirements and staff credentials - Attend meetings, conferences, and trainings in the community - Assist clinical staff in utilizing data from electronic medical records - Assess community needs and assign priorities for service delivery - Collaborate with inter-departmental groups to ensure program administration - Complete required documentation, referrals, and paperwork - Abide by and support Person Centered Planning guidelines - Follow professional code of ethics - Perform other duties as assigned
