Responsibilities

You will provide therapy sessions via telehealth or in‑person, manage your own practice, bring existing clients or accept new referrals, and collaborate with an account manager to grow your caseload.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work or a related field.
  • Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW‑C, LISW, or LP).
  • Ability to conduct therapy via telehealth or in‑person.

Compensation

Pay: $70–$88 per hour, based on provider license type, session location and session type. Rates are paid bi‑weekly.

SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in‑person sessions, though we can help connect you with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.
