Responsibilities

• Provide therapy within the SonderMind clinician network, leveraging the platform’s AI‑powered tools to enhance care and reduce administrative burden.
• Manage your own practice and schedule, including telehealth or in‑person sessions.
• Bring your existing clients and integrate them into the platform with support from SonderMind as needed.
• Collaborate with client matching and receive referrals to grow your practice across various specialties.
• Engage in relationship‑driven care while using secure, clinically developed AI tools to support treatment planning and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW‑C, LISW, or LP).

Pay

Pay: $70‑$88 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.

Note: SonderMind does not provide office space; therapists are responsible for securing their own location for in‑person sessions, but we can help connect you with other SonderMind therapists looking to share space.
