Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy services through the SonderMind platform, manage your own practice, and build relationships with clients.
  • Utilize platform features and AI-powered tools to support clinical care and reduce administrative burdens.
  • Maintain ethical practice, confidentiality, and professionalism in alignment with state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

  • Master\'s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
  • Fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LISW, LP, etc.).
