Mental Health Therapist - Catalyst Medical Clinic

As an outpatient therapist, you will design and implement effective and compassionate treatment and interventions. You will integrate developmental, systemic, experiential and trauma-informed models.
This is a full-time position working 2-days per week between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm out of our Watertown location.
Catalyst Medical Clinic is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.
Essential Functions:
Provide psychotherapy as defined by the clinic
Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning
Keep up to do date with continuing education per the state of MN
Compliance with clinic documentation standards
Compliance with licensing board rules and APA and AAMFT Codes of Ethics
Education and Experience Requirements: A master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work from a regionally-accredited academic program.
Licensed as a Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota State Statute 245I.04.2:
A Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW),
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT),
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC),
or Licensed Psychologist (LP)
Benefits & Compensation: Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.
The pay range displayed reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated for employees working less than a full-time schedule.

Essential Requirements:
Ability to: Provide high quality ongoing therapy with patients
Maintain complete and organized outpatient health records
Ensure appropriate coordination of care for patients and collaboration with other professionals
Evidence of a high level of professionalism within the field
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to respect diversity and integrate issues of culture into case conceptualizations
Ability to adapt interventions to patients’ strengths, skills, and developmental levels
Ability to intervene decisively, when necessary, to protect patient safety
Ability to comply with clinic documentation standards and best professional practices
Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines.
Complete job required training.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, (e.g. HIPAA, Stark, OSHA, employment laws, etc.)
Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
Work in the clinic, office or surgery center during business hours
Travel independently throughout the clinic, office or surgery center (which may include movement from floor to floor); frequent bending, lifting, standing, stooping or sitting for long periods of time may be required
Work at an efficient and productive pace, handle interruptions appropriately and meet deadlines
Communicate and interact in a respectful and professional manner
Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations
Apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Understand and execute a variety of instructions
Effectively operate equipment and communicate on and operate the phone system
Work independently with minimal supervision
Travel to other work locations, if required
