As an outpatient therapist, you will design and implement effective and compassionate treatment and interventions. You will integrate developmental, systemic, experiential and trauma-informed models.

This is a full-time position working 2-days per week between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm out of our Watertown location.

Essential Functions:

Provide psychotherapy as defined by the clinic Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning Keep up to do date with continuing education per the state of MN Compliance with clinic documentation standards Compliance with licensing board rules and APA and AAMFT Codes of Ethics Education and Experience Requirements: A master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work from a regionally-accredited academic program. Licensed as a Mental Health Professional as per Minnesota State Statute 245I.04.2:
