Here's what a typical night on the job looks like: Charting: Begin your shift by reviewing and updating resident charts. Accurate documentation is key to ensuring consistent and high-quality care. Medication Management: Assist residents with their evening and early morning medication routines, ensuring each resident takes the correct medications at the right times. Direct Care: Provide hands-on care, such as helping residents with bathing, dressing, and mobility. Your compassionate support will help residents feel comfortable and safe throughout the night. Supervision: Oversee the caregivers on duty, offering guidance and support to ensure all residents receive the best care possible. Your leadership helps maintain a smooth and efficient operation during the night shift. Qualifications (Preferred) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Previous experience in an assisted living or similar environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
