NOW HIRING - Full-Time & Part-Time Medication Aides (Evening & Overnight Shifts) Evening Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. ($1.00 shift differential) Overnight Shift: 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. ($2.00 shift differential) Every other weekend and holiday rotation required Must hold a 40-hour Medication Aide license What You'll Do: Safely administer and document medications using your 40-hour certification Monitor, observe, and report any side effects or resident concerns Assist with activities of daily living and provide support with compassion Build connections and engage with residents to create meaningful moments Collaborate with your team to follow care plans and ensure quality care What We're Looking For: A positive attitude, integrity, and strong problem-solving skills Clear communication to support residents, families, and coworkers Flexibility, teamwork, and a desire to grow your career with a family-owned company Outstanding Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus employer-paid life insurance PTO begins on Day One Access to Daily Pay Free meals during your shift and free parking Up to 100% free tuition with college partners, tuition reimbursement, and professional development Referral bonuses, recognition programs, and employee discounts on travel, entertainment, and more
