What You’ll Do as a Med Aide

• Use your 40-hour Medication Aide certification to administer and track medications accurately.

• Monitor, observe, and report any side effects or concerns while engaging with residents.

• Assist residents with daily living needs with compassion and a willingness to be coached.

• Apply strong communication skills to build meaningful connections with residents, families, and coworkers.
