How you will make an impact as a Medical Assistant / Procedure Technician:

• As a Medical Assistant / Procedure Technician, you will be a clinic champion for our patients by providing outstanding hands-on patient care and promoting a collaborative work environment
• Maintain the day to day flow of our patient experience
• Work closely and collaboratively with our clinic staff
• Room patients, enter patient medical history/vitals in the EMR
• Greet and schedule patients
• Assist with pre procedure set up, prep the patient for procedure including numbing of patient and monitoring
• Discharge patient including monitoring and post op education
• Cross train as a Patient Service Representative

What we're looking for in a Medical Assistant:

• Strong customer service focus with a passion for helping others
• Great communication skills
• Solid technology skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, EHR
• Great attention-to-detail and accuracy in work
• Solution oriented problem solver
• Strong work ethic, commitment to teamwork, positive attitude/willingness to get the job done
• MA certification NOT required
• Ability to assist as other ADVENT clinics in the Indianapolis Market
• Current valid driver license required

Schedule: This is a full-time 32-40 hour flex position.

Monday & Wednesday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Friday 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
