Medical Assistant at Colorado Urologic Surgery Center Job Summary: Colorado Urologic Surgery Center St. Anthony's is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our patient-centered urologic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical and administrative support to ensure a smooth, safe, and compassionate experience for our patients undergoing outpatient urologic procedures and treatments. Qualifications: Education & Certification: High school diploma or GED required Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) strongly preferred BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire Experience: 1+ year of experience in a clinical or surgical setting preferred Urology or outpatient surgery center experience is a plus EMR proficiency (e.g., Epic, Cerner) preferred Required Skills: USPI offers the following benefits, subject to employment status: Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance Paid time off (vacation & sick leave) min of 12 days per year, accrue at a rate of approximately 1.84 hours per 40 hours worked. xsgimln 401k with up to 6% employer match 10 paid holidays per year Health savings accounts, healthcare & dependent flexible spending accounts Employee Assistance program, Employee discount program Voluntary benefits include pet insurance, legal insurance, accident and critical illness insurance, long term care, elder & childcare, AD&D, auto & home insurance. $17/HR-$21/HR.
