Full Time Temp to Hire Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM Pay Rate: $21.00/HR Responsibilities: Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments and confirm schedules with patients. Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to patients with inquiries. Collect co-pays from patients and verify insurance eligibility. Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel for efficient organization and management of tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with team members and medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism. Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications: Medical Assistant Certification is required. Current BLS Certificate Minimum of 2 years of front and back-office experience in a medical setting. Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking on the phone.
