What Youll Do Lead omni-channel retail media strategy and integrate it into broader media plans
Manage campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and performance across major RMNs
Balance on-site and off-site tactics to drive full-funnel results
Collaborate with analytics and client teams to define and measure success metrics like ROI and iROAS
Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends to inform strategy and educate teams
Mentor junior team members and elevate overall team capability
Partner with internal teams to build audience strategies using first-party data

Who You Are 5+ yrs in digital media, incl. 3+ yrs managing retail media campaigns (agency or client-side)
Hands-on w Walmart Connect, Instacart, Roundel, Kroger, & Criteo
Skilled in using 1st-party & CRM data for audience targeting & retargeting
Understands retail media across grocery, big box & pharmacy
Connects retail media w paid search, social & programmatic
Strong presenter who earns client buy-in & explains strategy clearly
Bonus: Amazon exp. & Joint Business Plan contributions
