We are seeking a skilled Meat Carver to join our culinary team at Black Bistro for today’s event at Seatgeek Stadium. The Meat Carver will be responsible for carving and serving a variety of meats in a professional, efficient, and customer-focused manner. This position requires attention to detail, excellent knife skills, and the ability to maintain food safety standards at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carving and portioning meats according to event standards.
  
• Ensuring all food is presented attractively and consistently.
  
• Maintaining a clean and organized carving station.
  
• Following all food safety and sanitation regulations.
  
• Delivering excellent guest service with professionalism.

Seatgeek Stadium Saturday, August 16 at 2:00 PM Pay Rate: $21 per hour Payment Method: Zelle – Payment on Friday, August 29. Dress code: Black Bistro

• Proven experience as a Meat Carver, Cook, or similar role in food service.
  
• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (required).
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  
• Professional appearance and customer-service skills.
  
• Availability today at 2:00 PM at Seatgeek Stadium.
