Midway Staffing is actively hiring Material Handlers (Record Specialists) in Easton, PA to support the secure and organized handling of sensitive physical records and information. Position Details:

  • Location: Easton, PA

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

  • Work Environment: Climate-controlled warehouse with a collaborative team atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely handle, sort, and transport confidential files and boxes

  • Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanning tools to manage inventory

  • Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all records handled

  • Retrieve and return records per client request with speed and accuracy

  • Follow strict safety and privacy protocols to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods

  • Previous experience in warehousing, material handling, or document management preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

  • Comfortable using scanners, tracking systems, and basic warehouse technology
