:Job Summary: The Material Handlerwill assist with picking, packing, pulling and staging materials for our customers. Assist with safely loading trucks via forklifts/pallet jacks. Supports the outbound Logistics department by being well organized, safe, and keeping the warehouse clean. Works well with basic computer programs for basic transactions in our ERP system and usage of RF scanners. Key Job Responsibilities: Participate in warehouse setting for staging/loading material by packaging items, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks when neededIdentify, label and stage materials properly through company ERP system for outgoing ordersMaintain company warehouse material through organizing, cycle counting and cleaning designated shipping areas on a regular basisKeeping a well-maintained and updated account of finished stock in designated shipping areaFollow all company rules and policiesAbility to load outgoing materials and products onto semi-tractor trailersCoordinate with members of the team to maximize productivity and efficiency within our Logistics departmentOther duties as assigned.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in proven warehouse practices and methods1+ years of Forklift/pallet jack skillsPreferred qualifications: Experience with ERP/SAP systemFrequently required to stand, walk, kneel, crouch or crawlAbility to apply basic math conceptsAbility to work effectively across multiple organizations1+ years of experience with RF scanners1+ year with Microsoft Office applications and warehouse computer softwareAbility to work in a fast-paced company environmentSoft skills include, being a team player, detailed communication skills, time management, problem solving and critical thinkingAt Array Tech, Inc., we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
