As a Shift Lead at Marco’s Pizza, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting team members and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll assist in supervising staff, maintaining food quality and safety standards, handling cash and inventory, and creating a positive work environment. This position is ideal for someone with leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts to ensure efficient operations.
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.
Assist with training, coaching, and motivating staff to meet performance and service standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety procedures, and cleanliness standards.
Manage cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy during shifts.
Oversee order accuracy, food preparation, and delivery timeliness.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or restock needs to management.
Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and adjust staffing needs to meet business demands.
Open and close the store as scheduled, following all security and operational procedures.
Promote teamwork, a positive work culture, and a commitment to Marco’s values.
