Regal Staffing Services is hiring a hands-on Manufacturing Lead to support and manage operations at a busy sheet metal fabrication and laser cutting facility. This role combines leadership with direct floor involvement to meet production targets and ensure quality and safety standards.

Shift : 2 nd shift 3:30pm-11:30pm Monday- Friday (With some Saturday’s)

Pay Rate : $25/hr

Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the daily operations on the production floor. Set up and operate laser cutters (Mazak) and press brakes. Assign tasks and monitor progress to meet deadlines. Train and mentor team members on equipment and safety. Perform quality checks and troubleshoot equipment issues. Coordinate with other departments to resolve delays. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Track production data and material usage.

Requirements: 1–3 years experience in fabrication, laser cutting, and press brake. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Proficient in blueprint reading and using precision tools. Hands-on experience with Press Brake or Laser machinery. Fluent in English (verbal and written) Stable work history. Able to pass a background check and drug screen. High school diploma or GED; technical training is a plus. Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
