About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Partner for its US Retail vertical hive. The successful candidate will be instrumental in fostering high-value, long-term client relationships, with a primary focus on client engagement and revenue growth. This role is pivotal in representing the company as a leading full-service, omni-channel media agency, and the Managing Partner will be responsible for owning and delivering strategic growth plans that benefit both the clients and the company. Key responsibilities include understanding clients' businesses, translating their objectives into paid media strategies, training and guiding the team, and leading client pitches. The ideal candidate should be an expert in the US Retail vertical, with a proven track record of building integrated media solutions that drive growth, and must have at least 15 years of experience in delivering full-service media solutions, preferably with a background in independent agencies.
The role demands a professional with a deep understanding of the link between marketing/media effectiveness and business growth, and the ability to integrate complex media services. The Managing Partner will be expected to be a trusted advisor to large, multi-market clients, and to have a passion for building brands and growing businesses.
