Basic Qualifications: Experience Minimum two (2) years of post license, paid experience as a member of a psychiatric treatment team in an outpatient setting/program under licensed supervision. Education Masters degree in applied behavioral science required. License, Certification, Registration Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California) OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) National Provider Identifier required at hire Additional Requirements:Knowledge of state regulations with regard to ethics, treatment, patient rights and confidentiality.if Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, must meet couples and families requirement or complete within two (2) years of hireMust be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
