Responsibilities Leverage analytical skills to drive strategy and decision-making Build and validate data models Work with large, complex datasets Develop and implement process and reporting improvements Collaborate across business units and lead junior analysts Participate in full project life cycles from conception to results Qualifications Basic: Bachelor's in a quantitative field plus 6+ years of data analytics experience or Master's plus 4+ years Minimum 4 years of professional data analysis and programming experience Preferred: Master's in STEM discipline 7+ years of data analysis experience Proficiency in Python, R, Spark, SQL, Tableau, AWS Experience in people and project management Compensation: For McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800; for Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 Additional benefits include performance incentives, health and financial benefits, and support for diversity and inclusion.
