Responsibilities Perform customized services including skillfully applying makeup to clients, adhering to their individual preferences and occasions. This includes but is not limited to weddings, special events, photoshoots, and everyday makeup Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific makeup needs and desires by offering professional recommendations and advice to achieve the desired look Stay updated on the latest makeup trends and techniques Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to strict hygiene standards and ensure all makeup tools and products are properly sanitized Offer additional makeup services and retail products to clients when appropriate

Recommend and sell ESA Beauty products through consultative sampling and product education Offer light esthetic services such as brow tinting and lash lifts, and skin consultations (when needed) Provide consistent 5-star guest service and contribute to a welcoming, wellness-oriented atmosphere Participate in seasonal product events and promotional launches Maintain strong knowledge of ESA Beauty products to support guest recommendations Utilize social media to promote your craft

Qualifications An active Esthetician or Cosmetology License in WI Must be able to provide a portfolio of past work Effective time management and adaptable to changing circumstances Outstanding customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility to work Saturdays for bridal appointments Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
