Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations for Core 3. Responsibilities:

Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests
Perform minor and routine maintenance
Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed on schedule
Communicate with tenants regarding their work order status in a professional manner
May include scheduling work orders with tenants
Following up regarding resolution of work order with tenants
Complete paperwork daily on company provided device
Must be available to be on an after-hours call rotation
Increased pay when out on an after-hours call
Appliance or HVAC experience is a plus
At least two years experience as a Maintenance Technician preferred
Must have valid driver's license
Company Vehicle will be provided
Phone allowance provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
