You Will Use your knowledge of RS Logix 500, 5000, computer networking, HMI and robotics to repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as electric, motor, pneumatic, conveyor systems, vision systems, production equipment and plant support machines Program Allen Bradley PLCs, HMI’s, Vision Systems and networking Engineer MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) improvements Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences Requirements Ability to work Monday – Friday Associate’s Degree (A.A. or A.S.) or equivalent is strongly preferred Minimum of one year of electrical or mechanical experience. This can be experience gained through paid or unpaid work & education Ability to draft maintenance instructions and procedures Mathematical ability to compute probability and statistical inference. Strong ability to troubleshoot & problem solve Ability to lift & move up to 75 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation. You Will Perform maintenance for either extrusion or NESSEI manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures Participates in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences You Have High school diploma or equivalent Welding and fabrication experience strongly preferred Experience with NESSEI manufacturing equipment is preferred Able to read and interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot & problem solve Desire to be a productive team member in a positive work environment Able to work overtime, as needed Physical requirement includes ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without a reasonable accommodation
