Were seeking a skilled and service-minded Maintenance Technician to help ensure our property remains attractive, functional, and welcoming. In this role, youll maintain guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction and timely problem resolution. What will I be doing? Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, stucco, drywall, staining, knockdown, and popcorn ceiling repairs.

Troubleshoot and repair basic appliances and air-conditioning controls. Conduct plumbing repairs, including drain cleaning and filter changes. Maintain and repair guestroom and public space equipment, including caulking, tile/grout, door hardware, and pest inspections. Replace light bulbs, ballasts, remote batteries, and cosmetic appliance components. Repair furniture, drapery tracks, and wallpaper; perform touch-up painting and staining. Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and replace faulty plumbing components. Ensure all tools and equipment are functioning accurately and safely. Communicate effectively with engineering leadership and assist teammates on special projects. Respond to guest requests with a positive demeanor and team spirit. Accurately detail maintenance activities and inspections in English.

To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: High School Diploma or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities maintenance Must have a valid drivers license. You will be required to drive a golf cart Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate well with guests in English Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards. Able to climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet. Can push/pull up to 100 lbs. lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and grasp, stoop, and reach overhead. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: 3-5 years or more of related experience. Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification preferred but not required. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification preferred but not required.
