We are currently considering candidates for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding and superior hospitality. We currently have the following shifts available: Full-time, Monday-Friday - 8am-4:30pm.

Maintenance Technicians at The Glenview at Pelican Bay are responsible for the overall upkeep of residential apartments and public areas through responsive, accurate and efficient maintenance.

The Maintenance Technician will assist with services including but not limited to: Performs routine and emergency repairs in residential apartments and public areas including correcting electrical malfunctions, repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures, pipes and fittings, repairing and replacing light bulbs and fixtures, repairing doors and locks, etc. Performs resets and simple repairs as necessary. Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure. Completes all work orders in a timely manner while providing detailed information regarding the task(s) performed along with all prescribed/pertinent equipment information. Assists in maintaining proper levels of materials and supplies for the campus to ensure the timely and efficient completion of necessary tasks. Skills/Qualifications:

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED). Should possess 1-2 years of maintenance experience in a residential apartment complex, commercial building construction or maintenance. Must pass an extensive criminal background check and drug screen.
