We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician for our 2nd shift to maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and facilities. This role ensures safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr-$25.00/hour (depend on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3: 00pm-11: 30pm Location: Kokomo, IN 46901

Key Responsibilities: Preventative Maintenance:  Conduct scheduled inspections, lubrication, cleaning, calibration, and parts replacements.  Keep machinery and equipment in peak operating condition to prevent breakdowns. Troubleshooting & Repairs:  Quickly identify and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.  Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to avoid recurring failures. Installations & Upgrades:  Assist in the setup, modification, and integration of new equipment or systems.  Support improvements in plant layout and system efficiency. Safety & Compliance:  Follow all safety standards including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE requirements.  Conduct equipment and area risk assessments; maintain OSHA compliance. Inventory Management:  Track and manage spare parts inventory.  Coordinate procurement and ensure parts are labeled, stored, and accessible. Monitoring & Documentation:  Use monitoring systems to assess machine performance and schedule maintenance.  Accurately complete maintenance logs, reports, and downtime records.

Qualifications: 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
