Maintenance Technician Exciting Career Opportunity!

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a U.S.-based business unit that specializes in head protection systems for military, law enforcement, search and rescue, and adventure sports markets.

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay:$28- $35 per hour

Shifts Available: Monday - Friday, 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Training Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Overtime may be required based on business need, including weekends

What Youll Do:

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production operations
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities
• Use machining equipment to carry out simple fabrication tasks
• Complete basic facility maintenance (e.g., light bulb and ballast replacement, general office support)
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and perform functional tests
• Operate hand tools, power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment
• Report unsafe operations or processes to supervision
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Record maintenance activities using a computerized PM and Work Request system

What Were Looking For:

• Experience with industrial maintenance and basic facility repairs
• Competency in using tools, meters, and maintenance equipment
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and perform mechanical troubleshooting
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
