As a Maintenance Support Technician II, you will assist with the repair, replacement, maintenance and alteration of the key components of aircraft. You'll support the necessary scheduled and unscheduled maintenance checks of aircraft regarding the mechanical and functional aspects. You will assist with troubleshooting all systems of the aircraft, diagnosing faults and replacing or repairing defective components. Troubleshooting will include a variety of tools and equipment to assist with diagnosis. You will develop your knowledge of aviation maintenance to include airframe maintenance, powerplant maintenance, and/or component repair and/or overhaul.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 4 or less years of relevant experience.
  • Active, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant certification, 6 years of Military Aviation experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Must a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work location.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English.
  • Able to work different shifts including overtime if necessary.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience working with hand and power tools
  • Ability to drive a forklift
  • Background in General, Corporate, or Military Aviation
