Position Title: Mail Processing Center (MPC) Receiving Clerk (Non - LO- No Consumer Contact)

Pay: The expected base pay range for this position additional bonus opportunity resulting in an expected total annual compensation of $32,101.20 to $35,276.80.
The annual compensation range is based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Final compensation decisions will take into account a variety of considerations, including individual skills, internal equity, and organizational needs.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

JOB SUMMARY
The MPC Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving all incoming mail and pages for the Mail Processing Center. This position reports to the Mail Processing Center Team Lead and is responsible for both the intake of packages that arrive via FedEx, USPS, UPS, and other carriers/couriers, as well as ensuring the successful shipment of outgoing packages by the same suppliers.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Receiving incoming mail and packages
Receives and scans all incoming trackable packages into Envoy software system.
Sorts all incoming UPS and FedEx mail based on recipient address, prioritizing loan closing deals and delivering to imaging.
Labels all incoming (non-deal) packages and organizes in storage area.
Notifies Mail Clerks when courier mail has arrived for expedient processing.
Alerts leadership to adjustments, changes, and potential issues of mail/package deliveries.
Cross Team Communication and Collaboration Communicates with team members throughout the enterprise regarding their packages and deliveries.
Receives deliveries and collaborates with business units for the retrieval of high volume/count deliveries.
Edits Envoy recipients and points of contact as needed for teams throughout enterprise.
Vendor Support and Collaboration Communicates with FedEx ground and express drivers for incoming and outgoing packages. Follows up when driver is not at location during times scheduled.
Works with third party courier service to receive all incoming mail from USPS.
Receives supply deliveries as well as daily outgoing mail to be delivered back to USPS.
Assists with any third-party delivery companies that need to make drops at the Home Office.
Mail Clerk Support Sorts and processes incoming mail when needed.
Provides excellent customer service via the service window, email, and phone calls.
Assists with returned and certified mail.
Supports the overall processes and functions of mail services.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent required.
0-2 years related experience preferred.
Basic computer skills with ability to type at least 25 wpm.
Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email, and person to person.
Capability of gathering facts accurately, analyzing causes, evaluating alternate solutions, and arriving at sound conclusions on action to be taken.
Ability to manage multiple and/or conflicting responsibilities.
Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift 25 pound plus packages/boxes.
Must be able to remain standing and active 75% of the time.
Will be operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
Will constantly work in a state-of-the-art indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
